Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the wet ingredients, alternating with whole milk.
- Scoop the batter into the lined cupcake pan, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting with pink buttercream.
